These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are the rules for using DreamTable (the “App”), created and operated by Evergreen Apps LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using Dream Table, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Using the App
DreamTable helps you create dining alerts for select restaurants and sends you notifications when tables open up. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use DreamTable. If you are under the age of majority, you’ll need permission from a parent or guardian. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
Intellectual Property
All original content, features, and functionality of DreamTable — including our design, branding, logos, and software — are owned by Evergreen Apps LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Dream Table without our written permission.
Data Retention
Your alert settings are kept only as long as you use the app and are deleted if you remove them or uninstall the app.
Limitation of liability
DreamTable provides alerts based on available data, but we cannot guarantee accuracy, availability, or that you will successfully secure a reservation. We are not responsible for any missed bookings, losses, or damages that may result from using the App.
No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to DreamTable at any time, without notice, if we determine that your use violates these Terms or harms other users or our business.

DreamTable is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Walt Disney World, Disneyland, or Disney Enterprises, Inc. Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Mickey Mouse, and all related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of Disney Enterprises, Inc. Any use of third-party names or trademarks is strictly for identification purposes and does not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or relationship.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
